Our story of what is now City on a Hill in Spokane, WA began in January of 2019. Sergey and Olga Tsuber were inspired by the Holy Spirit to start executing on the vision God gave them three years prior to this date. At the same time God has been preparing the hearts of Roman and Viktoriya Barabin, Roman and Inna Lemeza, and Nick and Natalya Tsuber to come together with one purpose in mind, to reach the greater Spokane region for God. As a team we came to the conclusion that we cannot do this alone and we reached out to CityHill Church in the Seattle region and Life Center Church in the Spokane region to partner up with us. We consider these churches and their leadership teams our friends and co-founders of City on a Hill. We are grateful for them and their continuous support and friendship.  We are a unique, international blend of culture and language, unified in Jesus Christ, and committed to the goal of reaching our community for Christ.
